HR Leadership: I have led HR teams to achieve success by being a consultant to the business and guiding employees and leaders through the ever-changing legal environment. Results; HR teams became a true business partner to the organization.Leadership Development: I worked with leaders and implemented a program that allowed them to learn “servant leadership” skills and to also make sure they have the knowledge and training to hire and retain the best people.
