I administered cognitive interviews for the United States Census 2000 form to determine the usability of proposed changes from the 1990 Census form. My efforts realized a statistically significant response rate increase from 65% to 67%. • Analyzed classroom evaluation forms using mathematical analysis, including reliability testing and factor analysis, to better understand what components contribute to an enhanced learning environment for students.
