Contracted by Workforce Development Council (WDC) to lead WorkSource Business Services program and team to develop employer partnerships and deliver workforce development, recruiting, and retention services for local employers and job seekers.Served as the Workforce Liaison for City of Seattle's Community Power Works (CPW) program, focusing on diversity recruiting of underrepresented, low-income populations for CPW contractor jobs.Launched and managed Back2WorkNow (B2WN) program to help long-term unemployed job seekers quickly return to work through a network of more than 75 employer partners in IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Customer Service sectors who engaged, recruited, and hired B2WN participants.Led the Pathways Out of Poverty (POP) employment program and team to develop 40 employer partners in Clean & Green, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Staffing sectors to engage, recruit, and hire POP participants.
