I manage the Met Office's UK Climate Resilience team, with responsibility for developing the research plan for the team and ensuring its scientific quality and delivery. Most of my current research relates to the translation of physical climate hazards into risk for a wide range of sectors, stakeholders and decision makers to bridge the gap between.
