After Starbucks, I spent over 10 years transforming operations for a 25-state business unit at IHOP. Beyond achieving revenue and profitability goals, one of my proudest accomplishments has been investing into the professional development of talented regional business managers and franchise owners. I am now the President of the largest Denny’s franchisee. Running operations in 108 restaurants in 16 states. Last year we grew revenues and controls to the best in company history. My passion for cultivating future leaders has continuously inspired me to contribute to the development of underrepresented youth in East Los Angeles with Plaza de La Raza.
