After building a strong foundation of operational best practices as a firefighter in the U.S. Air Force, I developed one of the top performing regions in Starbucks for 16 years. After Starbucks, I spent over 10 years transforming operations for a 25-state business unit at IHOP. Beyond achieving revenue and profitability goals, one of my proudest accomplishments has been investing into the professional development of talented regional business managers and franchise owners. I am now the President of the largest Denny’s franchisee. Running operations in 108 restaurants in 16 states. Last year we grew revenues and controls to the best in company history.
