Our Journey:
Founded by Harshad Dharod, Friendly Franchisee Corporation (FFC) is the embodiment of perseverance and dedication. Harshad’s journey began when he moved from Bombay, India, to the U.S. for medical studies. To support his education, he took a job at Jack in the Box, where his strong work ethic and leadership quickly propelled him from employee to franchise owner in just seven years. Today, FFC has grown to manage 19 Jack in the Box restaurants and over 67 Carl's Jr. locations.
At FFC, we are driven by five core principles that define our operations: serving quality food, fostering a friendly environment, maintaining clean facilities, delivering exceptional guest service, and cultivating a strong work ethic. These principles are at the heart of our success across multiple industries.
Under Harshad's leadership, we prioritize training, delegation, and performance recognition, empowering our teams within a participative management framework. This focus on internal leadership development ensures the highest level of service and creates growth opportunities for our employees.
Beyond our franchise operations, FFC's subsidiary, Silver Star Real Estate, manages a robust $1B+ portfolio of multifamily assets, with over 2,000 units across California, Texas, Utah, and Arizona. Our success in property management is built on our commitment to enhancing the long-term value of each property.
