Harshad’s journey began when he moved from Bombay, India, to the U.S. for medical studies. To support his education, he took a job at Jack in the Box, where his strong work ethic and leadership quickly propelled him from employee to franchise owner in just seven years. Today, FFC has grown to manage 19 Jack in the Box restaurants and over 67 Carl's Jr. locations.
