I work closely with clients who are selling their home in order to effectively market a listing to appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. It is my job to market a home and negotiate to help the seller get the best offer possible for their situation.I work closely with clients who are looking to purchase a home and have set up different programs depending upon your home buying experience. I offer a first time home buyer class in order to prepare them for their first purchase. With all clients I work through finding the perfect home for their situation and hope to stay in contact following a closing.I have experience working with short sale and/or foreclosure transactions on both the listing and selling side.

I am a settlement agent for clients when they refinance their home. I will drive throughout the state of Wisconsin to meet clients at their home and review a closing packet. I help explain complex financial information so clients can feel comfortable with the decision they have made.
