I oversee the day-to-day technical challenges of maintaining an electronic healthcare support system for a federally qualified health center. Additionally, I have been involved in data reporting and and data aggregation projects to fulfill our reporting requirements. I also provide software support to end users for the EHR software we utilize daily. Some of my skills and accomplishments are:- Migrated from hosted solution to in-house solution to overcome connectivity challenges in rural setting- Manage a Cisco network core consisting of switches, routers, and security appliances- Maintain remote access and site-so-site VPN infrastructure for secure connectivity- Manage a full complement of Microsoft Windows servers- Manage a virtualized VMWare infrastructure- Manage end-user workstations, thin client devices, and mobile workstations- Network upgrade from leased circuits (T1, bonded T1) to fiber ethernet
