I serve clients in the areas of Metaswitch support, NetSapiens, STIR/SHAKEN through ClearIP, and a handful of other things.

● Served as a middleware systems administrator, primarily of IBM WebSphere and Apache with some Tomcat, on Linux and other Unix-like operating systems.● Worked on maintaining and troubleshooting the middleware for a range of Java applications. Did so in a customer service fashion, working through a ticketing system and communicating with internal customers.● Supported production deployments and disaster recovery testing outside normal working hours.● Documented processes and procedures for the benefit of teammates and led occasional lunch-and-learn sessions to teach them.● Led a project to create and maintain a large database of information about servers within Microsoft SharePoint. Created front end interfaces in SharePoint for easy retrieval of the data.● Took training courses that covered topics such as WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat, ksh shell scripting, and IIS application management.
