Director, Solutions Engineering
CurrentLead the Americas Pre-Sales team, a remote-first team responsible for the most revenue influence within our organization. My focus is on developing high-performing teams through a people-first approach, guiding both managers and individual contributors. I oversee two frontline managers and a team of 14, including Associate Solutions Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Senior Solutions Engineers, and Solutions Architects.I work closely with sales leadership to support and drive key sales motions, including new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell efforts. By ensuring seamless alignment between technical resources and sales objectives, my team consistently influences deal success. Through focused training and enablement initiatives, I’ve helped streamline internal processes and reduced challenges around onboarding and execution. My leadership approach has resulted in multiple team members earning promotions across the organization and maintaining a near-zero negative churn rate.In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I regularly leverage frontline insights to influence product roadmaps and shape marketing strategies. This extends to engaging in thought leadership, where I contribute to industry events, webinars, and community engagements that help elevate platform awareness. With a strong executive presence, I frequently work with VP and C-level executives, securing buy-in for major initiatives and helping steer business strategy. Whether through AI adoption, solution automation, or partnership development, I continually look for opportunities to advance the technical and strategic capabilities of both my team and the organization
