I manage a team of consultants focused on supporting, retaining and driving new business for the commercial construction industry. My focus is to create awareness of our products and software tools, drive customer satisfaction and create a new revenue stream for this company to grow and be successful.This technical team is responsible for selling and supporting a CRM software (Project Pipeline - projectpipeline.com ) to the construction industry as well other industry tools that help in delivering targeted project content (Project Source Direct - http://www.thebluebook.com/information-solutions/search-construction-projects.html) and enterprise solutions for manufacturers (BPM Select - www.bpmselect.com). I've been at the center of not only supporting and selling these tools but developing them as well. It's enjoyable to take products you've helped build, put sales and sales process around those tools and then deliver them to the market with effective and creative marketing.

Over the last few years the Blue Book Network has developed a suite of product solutions that enhance a company's workflow from design through post construction. One of those products, BPM Select (www.bpmselect.com) is a search engine catered specifically to the AEC community. It's main purpose is provide architects, specifiers, engineers and GC's a gateway to relevant building product information during the pre-planning, planning, design & bidding phase of the project. I am the product manager of BPM Select. Over the last year I've completed a redesign of the product with subsequent rev changes. BPM Select is in it's 4th year of existence and continues to be one of the go-to products for the design community. My goal is to continue to build awareness and usage of this product. I plan to accomplish this by adopting a user centered approach which will assist in a roadmap for future enhancements of this product.In addition, I manage a lead automation platform for our customers called PSD - Project Source Direct (www.thebluebook.com/psd) which delivers highly targeted sales opportunities structured around specific information important to their sales process and business.

A construction information company who started in the industry as a directory business and who's business model is to assist Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, General Contractors, Subs, Suppliers etc. with the necessary tools to succeed, establish strong ties/business relationships and provide workflow solutions to make their business more effective and efficient. I assisted, supported and helped manage over 200 account managers across the country providing them with industry knowledge, useful skills and time management tactics. I assist in forecasting and gathering analytical data for expansion into new markets. Heavily involved on a developmental team for a product called BPM Select (search engine for architects, specifiers and designers http://www.bpmselect.com). Some of my job requires following construction trends and then implementing tools that will make companies successful. I am well versed in over-the-phone sales and have many customers nationwide that I support. Most recently involved in selling keyword advertising to building product manufacturers.I've attended numerous seminars, industry learning events and trade shows. I've been certified in LEED practices (Green Building) and have a thorough understanding of most construction practices. Looking to complete a Masters program in Proj. Mangement and continued promotions within this field.

Provided technical/desktop support to our user community. Involved troubleshooting, tutorials and sales.

Handled merchandise counts for numerous FYE stores and worked closely with replenishing agents to make sure stores were stocked and inventories were accounted for.
