• Manage migration from Regional Service Center to Global Service Center in Manila, Philippines.o Write and review procedure documents.o Develop and implement procedures for knowledge transfer.o Develop and implement roll-out plan.  Created “soft-opening”, allowing the GSC to slowly build up to the full work load over a week’s time, inducing a positive and achievable go-live. The “soft opening” was so successful for the US migration it will be implemented with the remaining global regions when they migrate to the GSC.o Participate in project planning calls with global stakeholders, keeping them apprised of the progress, concerns, solutions, and successes of the migration.o Develop and implement procedures for quality control after the migration.• Manage acquisition process from a billing perspective on strict deadlines.o Monitor Master Project Plan to be ready for upcoming acquisitions, and new center openings.o Create center in the Billing Log and assign and update billing team.o Review customer contracts and interpret into Regus billing terms.o Available as direct billing contact for new center managers and area management while they acclimate to new billing/operational processes.o Develop and implement billing integration plan including customer and contract entry, billing cycle, and invoice schedule.
