I am very fortunate to run the best estate and letting agency in Berkshire, as measured by market-share, deals achieved and customer feedback. I'm a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and also involved with Europe's lowest carbon laundry business. My previous life is set out below. I helped triple the value of our family business during which we were twice voted the Best Letting Agent in the UK. I then led the successful sale to Countrywide PLC in 2016 and against all odds grew the business while the parent company underwent some very public trauma. Writing is a side passion. I co-wrote The Guide to Being a Successful Landlord, plus I contribute occasionally to the Property Chronicle and Property Industry Eye.
