I have spent the past few years building out a team and a platform focused on time series analytics. Our platform produces and distributes time series data across hundreds of metrics of grains from minute level to monthly. It leverages this base to deliver automated ML models, anomaly detection, reporting, and insights on all series. Use cases include: forecasting client demand to inform call center operations and staffing, modeling the drivers of aggregate client behaviors, and scenario planning to understand how different market conditions impact key business outcomes.

I joined the Fidelity AI Center of Excellence (COE) when it was first formed in 2017 and focused on time series analytics. The team is responsible for modeling drivers of client demand and understanding how client behavior reacts to market conditions and other stimulus. We built ML models that ranged from individual propensity to aggregate demand.

At FCM I work in the Electronic Trading Products division with the majority of my time focused on building out our algorithmic trading products for US equities. I coordinate efforts among financial engineering, client engagement, and development teams to offer a highly flexible yet dependable product that is used by some of the largest buy side firms in the market. From 2016 to the end, I oversaw our web-based analytics platform with the goal of bringing transparency to our clients and providing the tools to improve our trading products.

As an associate I worked in the Electronic Trading Products division on a range of products from our alternative trading system, to trading analytics, to algorithmic trading solutions.

During my time at Lexis I acted as a software product designer, assisted personal lines insurers to develop optimized pricing strategies, and served as the primary client engagement manager maintaining positive relationships with all long-term clients of our consulting, software, and data services in the US. Prototyped a new version of an underperforming business intelligence product which was then chosen to replace the current product and determine the direction of future development. The new version of the product sold twice within the first month on the market compared to no sales of the previous version over the prior 18 months

Serve as researcher for Joseph Stiglitz, the 2001 Nobel Laureate in Economics, former Chief Economist of the World Bank (1997-2001), former Chief Economic Advisor (1993-1997) for President Bill Clinton, and best-selling author of Globalization and its Discontents and Making Globalization Work.My responsibilities primarily consist of contributing research to ongoing projects. Recent work has focused on auditing governmental budgets for a book and article on the cost of the Iraq War and Bush Administration. Other responsibilities include preparing country level briefings to guide discussions between Prof. Stiglitz and world leaders like the President of Paraguay and Cabinet level ministers in Panama and Botswana

I worked on a team from the Economics Department and the Kennedy School to conduct a household survey in Pakistan. I coordinated the survey in Pakistan and acted as liaison between the in-country firm and the principal investigators in America. This included managing on-ground conflicts, in one case writing a response letter to the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan to ensure the survey could continue. It also included managing survey data and writing the software to analyze it.
