Implemented Mexico’s first nationally representative study of early childhood education (0-3 years old). Oversaw training of field staff members, designed survey forms, created real-time monitoring reports. Guaranteed fluid communication between survey teams and national/local service providers. Developed provider-specific protocols in collaboration with government counterparts, conducted initial outreach and followup with local service provider representatives to communicate project goals and respond to concerns as they arose in the field.Guaranteed data quality through high frequency checks and callbacks. Crea contributes to business development opportunities for women enrepreneurs from socially and economically marginalized backgrounds, through evaluated business development services.Designed and implemented multiple small-scale surveys and focus groups to support new program development:-Social Impact Bond (proposal only): Assisted partners from IADB with definition of KPIs and effect sizes. Proposal to adapt bespoke DBMS to serve project's performance management needs. Worked with program staff to refine program design based on focus groups and analysis of survey pilot data.-Digital Skills Training: designed and implemented surveys and focus groups, then developed recommendations to adapt project proposal to the beneficiary needs.
