G2T3V is a pre-seed venture fund founded and managed by serial entrepreneur Howard Tullman. We have approximately 30 portfolio companies of various size including IndieGoGo, SpotHero, and Tock. I am mostly involved in portfolio management, assessing follow-on opportunities, and going over Chicagoan deal flow.

Acted as an internal venture arm of companies representing +$100B in revenues and led A-Z strategic investments, from sourcing to IC. Sourced and presented inbound deal flow while preparing strategic due-diligence reports for relevant industries and sectors such as Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, Mobility, Digital Health, and more. Analyzed on-going investment opportunities according to specific themes, financials, market needs, and competitive analysis while consulting with industry experts and consultants. Owned specific domains, attended conferences, and met startups and deal-flow partners such as VCs, CVCs, MNCs, TTO’s, and Government Agencies.

Managed business operations of a B2B SaaS startup within the gaming industry. Our platform integrated dozens of Fintech solutions with gaming content providers. Scaled from 20 to 100 employees across two main offices, and from 0 to $3M in revenues. Built, maintained, and eventually handed over the financial structure of the company to the finance team we built. Managed tech projects and international teams (India, UK, EU) covering R&D, business, and operations. Executed growth strategy by applying for new regulatory licenses in new markets. Owned business network, negotiations, and terms with Fintech and content providers.
