Dan managed the end-to-end migration of a Hadoop cluster from on-premise to AWS, in a HIPAA compliant environment, working with a very complex multi-channel project team and highly demanding stakeholders.

Dan was the project lead on a CFL remediation plan project managing a team of 20 individuals based across London, Paris, Lisbon and New York. His remit was to co-ordinate and manage the completion of impact analysis, process re-engineering, client remediation and continuous improvement activities across the brokerage, arbitrage and clearing operations. Dan was also tasked with the monthly and consolidated reconciliations of brokerage fees in both the manual and automated payment systems used by the bank to facilitate the billing and payment of brokerage/execution fees from clients on markets such as NYMEX, COMEX, and NYBOT.

Dan successfully delivered key big budget programme and process changes into the PPI operation from initial impact assessment through to the post go-live support stages.

Dan carried out all change management duties such as impact assessments, requirements gathering, maintaining RAID logs, RAG status reporting, development of change scorecards, PIR (post implementation reviews) in addition to supporting the change delivery managers and the wider portfolio of change across the programme.
