I received the annual CAV Award for teamwork in delivering the new CAV website.• Led the design of the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV) online application form. Following best practice form design principles, I designed the UI copy, wireframes, and flow. Since launching in April 2017, the form has averaged 97% user satisfaction.• Designed and implemented the CAV website Content Performance Benchmark Reports. These deliver insights for continuous quality improvement of web content, through a combination of quantitative interaction data and ratings, with qualitative user feedback.• Led the CAV response to the Web Accessibility National Transition Strategy, including website remediation, change management, and communications strategies. This was the first live implementation GTM in the Victorian Government and has provided stakeholders with more robust data and reporting. It has also reduced website page load times dramatically, delivering a better user experience for citizens, particularly those accessing sites via mobile devices. My GTM analytics framework has since been adapted by VicRoads, Neighbourhood Justice Centre, and Service Victoria.• Implemented Piwik web analytics tool on the DJR intranet. The intranet had previously never had an analytics capability; now, content authors and other stakeholders have actionable data to plan and improve their intranet content. Feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive.• Researched and wrote several digital success story case studies, and published to DJR intranet.
