Daniel S. Cucchi is a Partner at Avdis & Cucchi, LLP, providing legal services in the areas of land use, CEQA, municipal law, real estate, natural resources, and administrative law.Mr. Cucchi assists clients in matters relating to land use entitlements, planning and zoning laws, CEQA, the Subdivision Map Act, and litigation. He has also been a speaker at both national and state conferences for the American Planning Association speaking on climate change and improving the agency/public communication process.Prior to starting Avdis & Cucchi with his partner Nick Avdis, Dan worked for several years under William Abbott and Diane Kindermann of Abbott & Kindermann, Inc.
