Graduated in Design (UEMG), I have been working for more than 9 years as a Service Designer/Researcher in consultancy. Responsible for developing more than 30 projects in renowned companies (Fleury, FDC, SEBRAE, JLL, VL!, Bamaq, Suvinil, Hermes Pardini) with different challenges aimed at the digital and cultural transformation of these corporations.Currently, I am part of PicPay team as a Speacialist Design Researcher. Passionate about UX and service, I am a communicator and love to connect with people through my work. I believe in design to transform the world!______________________________________________________________________________________Formada em Design Gráfico pela UEMG, atuo há mais de 9 anos como Service Designer/Researcher em consultoria - e atualmente, voltada para um único produto (PicPay Crédito).
