My main role is as Stock management, making sure that the right levels of parts and fittings are ready for engine driven, commercial pressure washers.Experience with liaising with manufacturers and invoicing the purchases on the company's system.As the company is small, I have experience in all roles of the business and have a solid understanding of industrial pressure washers, along with this I had the chance to develop my spanner work. As a customer consultant, my responsibilities were to be available to any customer in need of assistance, know the correct information but also be unbiased to deliver a smooth and complication free sale.During my time at CPW I reached top achiever 3 months in a row on the targets score card only a few month after starting, and in Nov 2019 I was the highest achiever in the region.Unfortunately my role as Customer consultant was made redundant as Dixons Carphone decided to close all standalone stores.

This was my first Full time job. I learned from scratch the basics of screen printing, vinyl cutting and heat pressing. My main role was heat pressing vinyl designs on garments. I also worked in the screen printing side of the business. Here I learnt how to used manual and automated screen printing methods.
