I am an experienced LAMP developer and support technician. I enjoy solving problems and I learn and pick up on technology and software fast. I have been in the web hosting industry, designing and coding websites since 2005.I started building websites with Fireworks/Photoshop and then coding using HTML/CSS, MySQL/PHP, I eventually started running my own Quad Core Xenon server with WHM/cPanel installed which allowed me to learn the data center aspects of the web hosting industry as well as the back-end of the server and maintaining a server. I moved into customer service to skill up customer relations, up-selling products and troubleshooting technical issues. I provided support for web hosting products such as Dedicated Servers, VPS, Managed Servers and Cloud Servers. I also supported and configured systems such as cPanel, Plesk, VestaCP, DirectAdmin, WordPress, Drupal, Magento, and many more hosting apps.
