Maintained elite-level physical fitness, attention to detail, and mission readiness necessary to carry out tasks for our Battalion Commander.

1 of 4 key leaders of the AZ National Guard's Mobilization Training Team. Responsible for training units deploying inside and outside the United States on basic and combat-related skills. Team was entrusted with planning and executing the State's annual Best Warrior Competition as well as training Best Warrior winners for follow on competitions.In 2 years, our 4 man team trained over 700 soldiers in combat-related skills required to deploy overseas with a 100% pass rate. Our team also successfully planned and executed 3 state-level Best Warrior competitions as well as 1 national level competition upon request for the National Guard Bureau and the Pentagon.

Given the opportunity to compete in the Best Warrior Competition for the State of Arizona. Was put on orders to train full-time for follow on competitions upon winning the state-level competition. Training was a full-time job.Through many great mentors, I was blessed to have won every level of competition and earned the title of the 2020 National Guard Soldier of the Year.

Survivor Weekend is a 3-day adventure camp where 2000 students and staff from 6 college campuses come to Northern Arizona to compete in survivor-like challenges. Our goal is to build relationships with students and show them how to have fun without regret. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all logistics-related tasks for this trip. Role has included, recruiting and managing teams of 10-30 people, coordinating with third-party vendors, as well as managing all inventory, transportation, food, electrical, water, and waste resources at camp.Have successfully managed 4 different types of teams and have been a part of 9 Survivor Weekends helping the event grow from 400 to 2000 in total attendance.

Diamond Age 3D is a technology and construction company that 3D prints houses out of concrete. This is done by building and programming a 100-square-foot 3D printer that is capable of printing a house to be fully livable within 45 days. Worked directly for the manufacturing manager who was responsible for the construction, and assembly of every concrete 3D printer. As the manufacturing coordinator, my job was to organize and synchronize all aspects of manufacturing. Helped manage inventory, procurement, design, fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of ALL mechanical parts. Developed processes that all departments use to purchase, inventory, and change part designs. Personally created the company's only comprehensive part database within 3 months of the start date. This database is currently in use.

Assisted and managed 8 major projects in 9 months that included heavy crane and transportation services for new customers at high-risk job sites. Customers included Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Los Alamos National Labs, Northrup Grumman, Sierrita Mine, and Intel. All projects hit desired profit margins and had an estimated 8.5/10 customer relationship score without a single OSHA/MSHA recordable incident.
