  During my internship at Dynetics, I was member of the Software Test Team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including the attack team, to develop and refine missile system software. My primary role involved writing requirement-based testing scripts in Python, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance our development processes. Daily stand-up meetings were essential for discussing previous accomplishments and setting the agenda for the current day's tasks. We operated in sprints of 10-11 days, focusing on completing set numbers of scripts within these periods. Each sprint concluded with a retrospective session where we evaluated our successes, identified improvement areas, and discussed potential changes. This structured environment not only improved the software's reliability and performance but also honed my technical and team collaboration skills, contributing significantly to the project’s success before its conclusion.
