Vértere Global Solutions, Inc. (Vértere), formerly known as Kforce Global Solutions, Inc., is a newly formed joint venture company engaged in information technology (IT) enabled services such as software application, development, maintenance and support, system integration, software quality assurance testing, database management and migration, IT infrastructure upgrade and support, IT professional staffing and business process outsourcing.Vértere’s management previously operated the Philippine branch business of Kforce Global Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of US professional staffing firm Kforce, Inc, a Nasdaq listed company. Vértere is majority owned by Apolloseven Holdings, Inc. whose shareholders comprise the Kforce senior management in the Philippines and Vértere Venture Capital, Inc., a newly formed private equity company comprised of Philippine investors. Shortly after its incorporation, Vértere acquired the Philippine business and assets of Kforce Global Solutions and continued servicing its Kforce clients, both foreign and local, with a wide range of unrivaled IT-related services.
