As an extremely competitive and high-motor individual, I stand out amongst my peers by going to lengths that no one else is willing to. There is no place I won't go and nothing that can stop me from fulfilling my tasks. I take great pride in all my work with no assignment being too big or small, no matter the task I will complete it 100% of the time with 120% effort. As a natural leader, I have never feared standing out or taking charge of initiatives and have had great success in the past inspiring teamwork and cohesion within my teams. During my time in the workforce, I have amassed and developed a variety of skills that have proven fundamental to my success as a student, employee, and person. Having spent the majority of my work experience at Cinnaminson Township Department of Public Works doing manual labor in service of my town and community members I have learned what it truly means to put in a hard day's work. In my time with the township, I have gained a great deal of experience interacting with individuals. From various co-workers within the department and out along with the members of the township I have learned how to interact with a great array of individuals with seemingly infinite experiences and backgrounds. Also during my time there I made vast strides in my problem-solving abilities. Having worked there from a young age I have been able to improve my ability to adapt to problems on the fly and find fast reliable solutions. Watching the ways in which my co-workers used their general knowledge, work knowledge, and past experiences to fix an endless amount of problems taught me great ways to address problem-solving and allowed me to create and experiment with different methods of approach when dealing with problems. No solution on the job was ever simple and most didn't come with a how-to guide or history to guide my judgment it was truly on me to figure it out and I did time and time again. In the future, I hope to attend law school and become a corporate attorney. What I lack in traditional experience within the legal field I more than makeup for in intangible experience derived from my obsession with the profession.
