Accountable for proactively and strategically partnering with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate cloud controls; deliver processes and solutions securely, efficiently, and consistently; and drive automation of cloud controls.

Responsible for supporting the product and technology areas ensuring required technology controls are understood and implemented within each platform; which involves supporting multiple applications, and three product areas.

- People leader for eight (8) Associates across the IT Application Professions of Requirements, Testing, and Application Develop for Direct, Growth Solutions and Strategic Partnerships BSA. - Application Owner for nineteen (19) application assets which includes Nationwide.com and Identity Suite Applications responsible for increasing value and speed of delivery through strategic, tactical and operational management. Including administration, incident and problem management, service & availability management, configuration management, change management, continuity and information risk management, financial management, architecture management and overall application delivery.- IT Delivery Executive (ITDE) for projects and programs impacting Nationwide.com and Identity Applications with a build and run portfolio of $8MM through 2017 through Enterprise Digital Solutions. Which involved ensuring IT solution is properly executed, financial management, escalation point for IT blockers, managing business relationships, and monitoring project progress.

-Lead and managed day to day activities of seven (7) Information Risk Management professionals in assessing, quantifying, documenting, and managing the risk posture for Personal Lines and Direct Line of Business (LOB). Provide technical consulting towards the development and implementation of IRM Cyber Security strategies in alignment with various assigned Business Solution Areas projects, and IT roadmaps.-Managed the Teams service demand, triage process, defining priorities, and removing barriers toensure the Team’s velocity is not impacted. Responsible for the development of metrics and reports; as well as managing IRM stand up board.-Lead planning activities that improved team processes, services or other activities that move theorganization forward, enhance measurement consistency, and/or improve the quality of IRM services.-Provided oversight, coverage, and a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and process functions for each IRM Cyber Security capability domains which included: Compliance, Information Protection, Continuity Management, Infrastructure, Application Security, and Identity Access Management.-Responsible for communication to Nationwide Executives, senior leadership and key projectstakeholders on identified risks and ensuring business impacts are understood. Provides meetingcoverage IRM LOB Risk Leader; in addition to handling urgent or critical assignments.-On board new hires, coordinated training, and mentor team members in all aspects of IRM’s policies, processes, and services.-Filters candidate pool for open positions; coordinated interviews, as well as the disposition of candidates.

-Consult on multiple complex business unit projects which may involve multiple disciplines and impact multiple business units. Serves as an expert in the planning, engineering, development, implementation and administration of information risk systems through the use of controls, procedures, measurements and strategies. -Provides technical consulting efforts towards the development and implementation of information risk strategies in alignment with their respective business unit and IT initiatives. Assists in the development and implementation of information risk policies, procedures, processes and programs. -Consults on one or more highly specialized domains of information risk management which includes hardware/software testing and evaluation, information risk education and awareness, incident response, vulnerability management, policy and standards development, risk assessment and mitigation solutioning. -Assists in the establishment of the overall framework for the protection of Nationwide information assets through architecture, policies, standards, risk assessments, monitoring, certification and technology.-Provides mitigation solution development, oversight, and direction for enterprise-wide information risk management program. Assists in long-term strategic planning activities for the development and implementation information security risk architecture and technology guidelines.-Responsible for communicating to Nationwide Executives and key stakeholders on identified risks & ensuring risk remediation plans are developed & executed.

-Maintain a relationship with the chartered organization to ensure that the Pack program meets the requirements of both the BSA and the chartered organization-Work with the Cubmaster on policy matters relating to Cub Scouting and the chartered organization.-Chair the Pack Committee meetings-Annually recharter the Pack-Work with the Pack Treasurer to develop a budget-Complete Youth Protection training and position specific training for the position of Pack Committee Chair-Delegate responsibilities to other adults in the Pack to ensure a quality Pack program-Ensure that every den has a Den Leader and an Assistant Den Leader-Form new dens as necessary, remembering that an optimum den size is 6 to 8 boys-Secure meeting facilities through the chartered organization.-Work with the Treasurer and Cubmaster to develop fund raising projects and secure adults to chair those projects-Ensure that all registered leaders have completed BSA Youth Protection training-Educate Pack families about the Cub Scout program-Nurture and maintain relationships with one or more Boy Scout troops in the area to ensure that Webelos have a smooth transition to the Boy Scout program-Support the policies of the BSA.

- Provide IT Architect support to business related projects through the functions of; research, analysis, evaluations, recommendations, and documentation of IT technology. - Primary position focused on infrastructure and security. - Assisted in creating vision and plan for a Enterprise Governance program. - IT Merger & Acquisition Lead - Due Diligence, Costing, Transition/Integration Strategy, and Execution. (September 2009 - 2011) - IT Functional Lead - SG&A Workout Project (August 2007 – June 2009). Reported to CIO. Directed team of 8 individuals that was responsible for delivering the analysis and reporting for the IT Savings recommendation which identified effort to cut overall IT costs by 15%. - Technical Lead – Stealth External Vulnerability Assessment Facilitator of stealth external vulnerability assessment of Worthington Industries network which included an ext. network assessment, war dialing, and war driving.

- Responsible for managing the planning, coordination, configuration, and installation of all client server services within the enterprise to meet business requirements. - Provided 24x7 Tier2 & 3 support of hardware and software technical problems related to workstation and server environment. - Worked in a team of Engineers responsible for the remote administration of all desktop hardware and software support including 30 remote divisions and 7 local divisions with over 2000 workstations and 70 servers. - Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003 Active Directory and Novell eDirectory Infrastructure Planning, Implementation, Administration, and Support.

- Responsible for the operations support of all hardware and software products for 5 remote divisions and 2 local divisions. Pro actively monitored status of entire Worthington Cylinder Enterprise to ensure that workstations, terminals, controllers, modems & phone lines are functioning properly. - On call 24x7 for plant and office systems. - Supported 361 workstation WAN/LAN network using TCP/IP with 6 Novell servers.
