I schedule and conduct meetings with employers to assess their hiring needs and effectively promote our students and college alumni.My responsibilities also include maintaining and expanding our employer database, making targeted referrals for currently enrolled students, and overseeing job postings to ensure they reach both students and alumni. I am dedicated to developing experiential learning opportunities for employers and managing our employer advisory committee to align with industry trends and needs.Additionally, I coordinate and plan career fairs and other campus events, creating platforms for students and alumni to connect with potential employers.
