Over the last two years I have worked in the rapidly growing Energy Division of CSR Bradford as an Energy Solutions Specialist. Starting in the National Call Centre, I was responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, Solar PV and Battery Sales, and providing administrative and sales support to the national Energy Solutions team members.I have since migrated to a face to face consumer sales role, where I provide customised Solar PV and Home Battery solutions to homeowners. In this role I specialise in the Tesla Powerwall 2 Home Battery and SolarEdge PV inverters.Throughout the last two years, I have developed my technical knowledge in Solar and Battery Systems and the integration of these systems into the National Electrical Grid, including conforming to local distributor requirements in NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and WA. I am now recognised as a Technical and Product Expert in Grid-Tie Solar PV/Battery systems by my colleagues, and provide ongoing support nationally.

• Operate and maintain all AV equipment throughout venues.• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.• Supervise Freelance/Casual/Contracted Technicians during large Setups/Packdowns.• Design solutions for unexpected issues that may appear during setups/turnarounds.• Read through large jobs before scheduled date and make adjustments/additions as required to avoid potential issues before setup begins.• Make recommendations towards new and upgrading old installations.• Design and program system optimisation utilising Digital Signal Processors in permanent installs.• Design, maintain and troubleshoot Microhire Sydney Dante networks.

• Operate and maintain all AV equipment throughout hotel.• Technical Director for all house run events.• Supervise Junior, Casual and Contractor Technicians.• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.• Liaise with clients to ascertain all function or event requirements to ensure all events are fulfilled beyond expectations.• Design, Program and Operate all Sound, Lighting and Vision systems for each event.• Maintain technical venues whilst adhering to regulations due to venue’s heritage listing.• Closely monitor each venue schedule and ensure all functions are set and ready in advance of each function.• Design, Program and Operate Sound and Vision systems for 2014 G20 Financial Summit.

• Set up audio equipment required for scheduled shows daily, and strike once complete.• Supervise multiple venues daily (up to 5 concurrent events) ensuring all events run flawlessly.• Program and operate digital audio consoles (DiGiCo SD8, Euphonix CS3000, and Yamaha DM2000), including complex Snapshot Automation (manual fire and MTC/SMPTE tracking).• Maintain spares inventory lists, and order components according to stock levels, or as needed. • Perform routine maintenance on theatre equipment, including amplifiers, rackmount equipment, speakers and backline equipment. • Identify faulty speaker drivers in a multi-speaker setup, and replace drivers or voice coils where necessary.• Supervise the Technical Team of 6 Technicians to ensure smooth operation of all events.• Create purchase orders for all Technical Equipment and spares.

Ingleburn, Nsw

Responsible for Supervising the outbound call team (26 consultants) for the Australian Government’s Home Insulation Safely Program (HISP). The main duties in this role included call Quality Assurance, one-to-one training and coaching, workforce planning and generating and analyzing contact centre data as well as working with the software development team to ensure the IT backend grew to meet the program demands.

Forecasting call volumes and handle times for the Contact Centre and ensuring correct staffing levels are rostered to meet the contact centre’s targets. I also produced regular performance reports for the contact centre at individual, Team and Brand levels, and ad-hoc reports for Team Leaders and Brand Managers as required.

Liverpool

Provide sales, service and advice to customers interested in Home Entertainment products, including Televisions, Stereo Systems, Playback Devices, Gaming Consoles and associated media and accessories.I also worked as a trained Minilab operator, operating Fujifilm Frontier Digital Minilab equipment. This role included monitoring print jobs from Kiosk, manually entering jobs from scanned prints, processing and scanning C-41 colour film, swapping paper cartridges for different print sizes and replacing paper reels in cartridges when empty. These tasks were completed concurrently with my customer service responsibilities (Minilab sales and service).Both roles required exceptional customer service, cash handling, and POS operation.
