For more than half my life I have been working inside of a restaurant, holding almost every position within a restaurant. I had been managing for the last 10 years. I have learned how to market our products while keeping control of labor, food/liquor and utility costs.Recently I've taken a sales position at Sysco where I will be working with restaurants to help them with their food needs and help control their food costs while not only growing their business but growing business for Sysco as well. Looking forward to the new challenges in this new role.
