As Group Manager of Performance at Bench, I managed and coached a team of between 5 and 10 performance/campaign managers and was ultimately responsible for the success of the team’s portfolio of campaigns.Amongst a number of successful campaigns, I’m proud to say I was the performance lead for the team that won ‘Best Programmatic Trading Team’ at the 2018 B&T Awards for our work on behalf of SBS on the 2018 FIFA World Cup campaign.I’m also extremely proud of my achievements in the management space with the introduction of one-on-one, feedback, coaching, and professional development programs for all team members.
