Vietnam

Recruitment (60%):- Researching and interview candidates, monitor various aspects ofrecruitment.- Mastering plan for a recruitment campaign.- Performing administrative tasks in a time-sensitive manner- Identifying clients’ needs and develop future candidates source.- Managing 4 members in Recruitment Team.- Making daily/ weekly/ monthly detailed plans that meet KPI goals.- Analyzing reports and proposing solutions to ensure the achievement ofgoals.- Participating in developing policies, advising the leadership team indeveloping new members.- Reporting to CEO.Business Development (40%):- IT Firm: 80%, non-IT: 20%- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attractingcandidates and maintaining a candidate database.- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitiveenvironment.- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client orassignment.- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offeredby the client.- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.- Offering resume, interview, and general career advice.- Networking to build business information that can be converted intocommercial opportunities.- Motivating the team, track performance, report metrics, personal branding (PB), and employee value proposition (EVP).
