Recruitment:- Researching and interview candidates, monitor various aspects of recruitment.- Mastering plan for a recruitment campaign.- Performing administrative tasks in a time-sensitive manner- Identifying clients’ needs and develop future candidate's sources.- Managing 4 members in Recruitment Team.- Making daily/ weekly/ monthly detailed plans that meet KPI goals.- Analyzing reports and proposing solutions to ensure the achievement of goals.- Participating in developing policies, advising the leadership team in developing new members.- Reporting to CEO.Business Development:- IT Firm: 85%, non-IT: 15%- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.- Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment.- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.- Offering resume, interview, and general career advice.- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.- Motivating the team, track performance, report metrics, personal branding (PB), and employee value proposition (EVP).
