- Prepare the lecture materials of PowerPoint- Lecture the college students in pursuing 03 courses:+ Introduction of Hospitality & Tourism+ Managing People in the Hospitality industry+ Event Management and Promotion- Assess the learning performance and proceed the test & exam

- Develop the Group yearly training goals/strategies and monthly training plan to be aligned with the business plan- Develop and closely monitor the effectiveness of the Group's Training SYstem and support building the hotel training system- Support properties to ensure a set of updated, professional and detailed orientation and professional skills training program are in place to equip new associates with the confidence, skills and attitudes needed to perform the required tasks to a sustainable high level- Support and follow up the monthly training activities of properties- Set and build up the E-Learning System and promote the hybrid learning culture through the properties

- Manpower planning: ensuring effective utilization of manpower, timely recruiting of all staff of all properties, selecting of the right candidate for the job.- Training & development: identifying the individual training needs and evaluating the organizational development needs.- Designing e-learning modules via application tool and delivering virtual courses.- Orientating the training modules as learning need via headquarter e-learning- Delivering learning programs with different training techniques and tools.- Applying the experimental learning method to help learners achieve the best class objectives.- Conducting the group survey to evaluate the training quality- Developing and implementing events for staff motivation, recognition, and participation program for the company.- Liaising strongly with departmental trainers to ensure smooth training activities. - Consulting line managers and departmental trainers to solve the problems via appropriate training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the senior trainer will be in charge of :- Deliver the training content to beneficiaries of the MSE (Micro & Small Entrepreneurs) support program- Coordinate and initiate the paperwork with the local authorities & administrative officer- Daily collaboration with IECD partners to ensure an efficient implementation of the project- Liaise with the MSE program coordinator in Paris in order to ensure consistency of the programROLES:- Fine-tune the adaptation of the content training- Plan & process the training program- Ensure the quality of the training program- Evaluate the impact and the relevance of the training program on the day-to-day beneficiaries’ business- Reporting to the Project Manager- Participate to the launch of the program and contribute to its durability- Prepare the training materials as the demand of HCMC Women Union and World Vision International (N.G.O)- Deliver the training courses to beneficiaries- Aim to develop the target learners who are the adults and the seniors- Design suitable learning activities for these beneficiaries- Develop the courses:+ Cross-selling in Food & Beverage Business+ Up-selling in Food & Beverage Business+ Basic business management+ Business change to the technology+ Change management to Covid19 situation+ Cashflow management

- Building the pre, while, and post-training process to talent development.- Conducting training for employees according to Accor requirements, Brand standards, and department needs.- Strategic planning of learning program and capability framework based on the corporate strategy.- Developing the trainer team through coaching, mentoring, and other development methodologies - Counselling employees in development areas such as personal development plan and succession planning.- Collecting all the training records and making the overall training reports - Analysing the training reports to improve the operations at once.- Ensuring the compulsory courses by the government are conducted on time such as First Aid, Work Safety, Food Hygiene, Spa, Fire Prevention…- Planning and conducting monthly training such as Orientation, Branding, leadership topics, simulation programs, and other self-development skills. - Liaising with different stakeholders for the outsourced training supply

- Work closely with WMC Training Department to create training policies and SOP for Sherwood Suites to ensure compliance with WMC training policy is maintained. - Develop, manage and implement annual training plans for Sherwood Suites in compliance with WMC policy.- Plan and implement training activities to ensure that Sherwood Suites employees will achieve total hours/year as regulated by Sherwood Suites and WMC.- Collaborate with departments to design and standardize training materials, organize training courses as approved plan and unexpected plan of Sherwood Suites.- Develop training materials through designing lectures on each module in accordance with the actual business situation of Sherwood Suites while still ensure compliance with WMC policies.- Directly conduct training on internal training courses of Sherwood Suites including an orientation training program for newcomers and soft skills, basic work skills.- Manage and keep track of the training data of all employees to ensure all employees will attend training courses on time and attend all mandatory training courses in accordance with the provisions of Vietnam law.- Take initiative in propose the Board of Management for improvement of internal training programs and search outsourced training courses to diversify training programs for employees.

Be responsible of organization activities and recruitment in Sofitel Saigon Plaza. Process for the candidates through the flow and welcome the new ambassadors- Build up the job description so that it can be the base for making criteria of selection.- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.- Process hiring-related paperwork.

My responsibilities were to support to the team in the department to fulfill the task everyday. I both worked and studied knowledge as well as soft-skills from officers and captains. For the very first time, I served guests in the buffet breackfast and dinner in F&B department. After 3 weeks, I cleaned up and set up room in housekeeping department and turned to work as customers service officer who meet the demand and guests' information in FO department for the last 3 weeks
