1. Salary- Directly perform the calculation, payment of salary and benefits for employees, including monitoring, calculating, timekeeping, making payroll and answering questions related to salary and other benefits of the Company to employees.- Check and monitor the annual leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other benefits according to the Company's rules and regulations.– Organize, store, arrange, update and preserve salary records.2. Budget- Build an annual human resource budget plan for the Company.- Consolidate human resource expense reports, analyze and control monthly HR budget.3. Support and consulting- Advise about salary, bonus and policy systems.- Coordinating to monitor and manage the operation of the Company's benefits policy system, ensuring full implementation.- Advising the HRM/HRD in the development of policies on salary, reward, regulations ... of the Company.4. Other- Combine the staff in the room to complete common tasks.- Report work as prescribed to the HRM/HRD.- Other tasks as assigned by directed management.

- Regularly update database, track missing manning.- Receive and submit recruitment requests for approval.- Perform candidate search.- Pre-qualification/interview of candidates by phone.- Coordinate/arrange candidate interviews in person/online.- Receive the results, submit the recruitment report for approval.- Negotiate and negotiate with candidates.- Implement procedures to receive new employees.- Make payment for the cost of hiring seasonal employees arising daily.- Other jobs.

- Make payment for the Company's benefits.- Make payment documents for social insurance benefits such as sickness, maternity, convalescence/rehabilitation...- Monitor the arising and change of increase/decrease in the number of employees participating in the social insurance and health insurance, accident insurance.- Update the increase and decrease of social insurance on the electronic declaration system (VNPT) or request email (for health/accident insurance).- Compare monthly social insurance payment results from Social Insurance Office and make payment document.- Assist in compiling reports related to policies, bonuses, ceremonies, etc.- Calculation of casual salary.
