Led efforts of globally dispersed team in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions supporting global engineering teams developing Cisco MeetingPlace, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco CUCI for China. Recruited, trained, mentored, and led team of 10 geographically dispersed in the United States, China, Ireland, and India, and budgets of $3-4 million.* Conceptualized, recommended, and deployed the 1st virtualized technology base engineering infrastructure in Cisco that delivered $1.8M in capital and power savings annually and increased productivity of engineering teams by 2 fold.

Promoted into newly established role within the Voice Technology Group to oversee the build out, management, and optimization of engineering collaboration platform to enable Research & Development teams to develop and test next-generation of voice and video solutions leveraging the new SIP technology. Following success, chosen to define strategy and framework to migrate development environment for 2 newly acquired companies and products to meet Cisco standards. Led team in administering and supporting Linux development environments for conferencing and voicemail products.* Established the migration strategy, defined the process, and led the architectural design and build out of new development environment that enabled Cisco to rollout new Cisco MeetingPlace and Cisco Unity Connection collaboration products.* Spearheaded the build out of engineering environments that enabled organization beta test new voice and video IP services.

Recruited and given full accountability to architect and build new database environments to support mission-critical corporate eCommerce sites, customer and sales web portals, Internet and Intranet web-based systems, and Oracle ERP. * Pivotal role in building new database environments that contributed to enabling organization to achieve $1B in revenue.
