• Establish, implementation for full FS system: GMP/PRP, HACCP to archive FSSC 22000 and base on BRC standard.• Establish, implementation the quality monitoring plan of Utilities (water, air, steam)• Establish, implementation for quality system: inspection plan, NC/CAR, net content, traceability, recall, customer complaint.

- Monitor and ensure hygienic conditions, GMP in processing areas and CIP/COP equipment effectiveness.- Cooperate with Pest control contractor to implement IPM programme for the whole factory.- Cooperate with Production and Engineer team to validate and verify Quality/CCP inspection points (X-ray, Metal detector, Vision system,...)- Ensure the Traceability Practice running smoothly (SAP/ MES platform).- Train the Quality and Food safety Awareness for newcomers as well as the frequency.- Establish, monitor and maintain the implementation and improvement of quality management system and food safety system such as BRC, ISO.

- Assure quality plans are followed up by cross checking, frequency/non-frequency audit and do/request corrective action.- Assure the quality of treated water from RO system and the Master Mixing Instruction for each product must be implemented.- Support to implement trials (for improvement, saving), projects (new installation in processing, newtechnology,...)- Involve in problem solving and implement improvement actions.- Control GMP on site, working area and Lab.

- Work in Lab to ensure the analytical instruments run correctly, analysis the quality parameter such asmoisture, caffeine content by HPLC, partical size,…- Prepare the sensory evaluation for releasing product, manage the performance of the panelist, store thestandard samples and retention sample.- Control quality and foodsafety follow QMS for De-Caffeine Green Coffee Process, Dolce Gusto Coffee Line.Conduct mock traceability, document control, ensure compliance.- Involve to project to set up new Dolce Gusto Coffee Line: Net Content Management, new QMS, Hygienceand Food Safety.- Involve to be a member DMAIC project. Train analytical method for QC, Operator. Enhance the qualityawareness for employee.
