I am a political and governmental professional working in the Virginia General Assembly. In my role I support my principal to execute the duties of the office to which they are elected. My work is focused on tracking and advancing the bills the Delegate has submitted in the chamber, including negotiating the terms of bill proposals, meeting with stakeholders, advocates, legislators and members of the executive branch.The rest of my work is focused on constituent services for the roughly 86,000 residents of the district, community organizing events and fundraising for political campaigns.My policy interests and research centers around western hemisphere migration patterns and labor issues. Cuando está en sesión la Asamblea yo me enfoco en avanzar los proyectos de ley que presenta el miembro. Este incluye negociaciones sobre términos de los proyectos del ley y citas con defensores, interesados, otros legisladores y miembros del poder ejecutivo. Afuera de la sesión yo formo propósitos de policías, coordinar servicios de los electores quien numero hasta 86.000, eventos de la comunidad y recaudar fondos para campañas.
