At Christian Brothers University, our team's focus on best-fit enrollment strategies has increased the university’s visibility locally and internationally. As the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management and concurrently, the Dean of the Graduate School, my role involves driving recruitment initiatives and developing a supportive office culture that resonate with the university's identity and values.With competencies in team management and mentoring, we have fostered robust institutional partnerships that bolster CBU's reputation as an international educational hub. My research in Applied Linguistics, particularly at the intersection of Place and Identity, underpins the strategic academic programs we have implemented to enhance the learning experience and success of our students.
