Designed and implemented the vision for the performing arts program at this startup, non-profit contemporary arts center, where, in addition to curating music, film, and other live arts events, I had an active hand in overseeing artist commissions, artist residencies, marketing strategy, website design, production management, and strategic partnerships.

Launched and oversaw an ongoing concert series, across several venues, for the newly established office of the arts at Emerson College, which entailed booking, production management, copy writing and editing for publicity and marketing materials, and collaboration with various academic departments.

Designed and activated a new programming division for a veteran non-profit performing arts presenter, intended to attract new, younger, and more diverse audiences, and executed at a variety of venues across the city, including museums, theaters, clubs, churches, and non-traditional spaces.

Re-conceptualized and overhauled the concert series for Boston's iconic, encyclopedic art museum, expanding the offerings from thirty to fifty concerts a year, broadening the range of genres presented, attracting new, younger, and more diverse audiences, revising policies and procedures, hiring and supervising production staff, creating and monitoring.
