I am known to clients and colleagues to be technically skilled but able to demonstrate a pragmatic approach to the resolution of disputes. I have had a number of years working in industry; I am a former Director, and believe that I am able to bring my business knowledge to the disputes of clients.I have been described as having a proactive, no nonsense approach to dispute resolution and that clients have the utmost confidence in my advice.I am an Equity Partner at Chadwick Lawrence LLP and I am responsible for the management of the Litigation, Resolution and Recovery Team which includes our debt recovery specialists, Acclaim Credit Management and Recovery. My role includes the operational management of the Leeds Office of Chadwick Lawrence. My aim as a legal adviser is is to ensure that clients are able to resolve their disputes commercially, efficiently and proportionately. I have driven innovative client focussed initiatives to provide clients with a range of funding and risk management solutions throughout the litigation process. I have championed the adoption of technological improvements in the way that we work to continually strive to deliver an enhanced service to our clients. I enjoy working with data and adopt an analytical approach when dealing with dispute resolution.
