I have a passion for helping others perform at their best. I believe that taking the time to ensure employees understand what they do and why they do it leads to better results, more cohesive teams, and stronger organizations overall. Recognizing the unique and diverse experiences everyone brings to the table is vital to both effective team building and adult education in businesses. Through putting these beliefs into action, I have seen radical performance improvements in teams I’ve worked with: teams have gone from 100% failure rates on operational metrics to 100% success by changing their approach to situations, managers who had difficulty communicating with or understanding difficult team members developed effective relationships by stopping to analyze how communication styles impact how messages are received on both sides of a conversation, and teams that felt overwhelmed and uncertain where to begin with large projects and initiatives learn how to manage change, rely on partners, and develop a culture of problem solving. I am an enthusiastic advocate for self-awareness and continuous improvement. I always ask how we can be doing things better.
