I have partnered on both a GP and LP level and created considerable value for a vast array of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Some career highlights include leading the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of an over 1,000-unit plus apartment community in under 4 years that provided outsized returns for the investment partnership. In 2013, I structured the first deal in the United States with Freddie Mac that allowed the use of Preferred Equity which is now widely used and accepted in the industry.
