• Represented pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in patent litigation involving nearly 20 different drug products from a broad range of therapeutic classes, including 2 cases that were among the earliest litigations arising under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA)• Developed comprehensive case strategies for patent litigation teams, including drafting of patent contentions, deposition and trial witness outlines, expert reports, and pre-trial and post-trial motions and briefs• Communicated regularly with clients regarding case strategy, business objectives, and budgets• Served as pro bono counsel for individuals seeking to preserve their civil and constitutional rights
