Provide in-home safety and reunification services to families in conjunction with DHS personnel and community providers. Engage the family in identifying and overcoming the barriers and goals to their engagement through modeling or assessing additional services that will support their successful participation. Assist with service connections which include but are not be limited to clothing and food resources including SNAP, a medical home, social-emotional supports, Oregon Health Plan application, parent training, addictions counseling, mentors, tutors, support groups, childcare, pre-school, housing, respite care, employment, healthy recreation, advocacy with schools, and parent–child relations coaching. and on-going participation in identified services.

Assist with the development of social supports, medical, safe housing, and other essential needs.
