About Dani Davis

Currently, I am a special education learning specialist with Columbia Public Schools, teaching special education science courses. I received my bachelor's degree in Special Education and Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I am currently a graduate student at William Woods University. At William Woods, I am involved in the spirit program. While working towards my bachelor's degree, I was an active member of the Mathematics Potential Lab as an undergraduate research assistant.At my former university, Drury University, I was a member of the DU Cheerleading Team and a member of the History Club.As someone that has been working since the age of 16, I have been able to experience of a wide-range of customer service and interaction, as well as skill building through each employment opportunity. I've been able to interact and assist hundreds of consumers and employees to help foster the desired experience for each business. Whether I'm making pizzas or working on a window design, each opportunity has taught me that my true passion is for learning, growing, and making connections.My learning will continue to grow through connections with people I meet, different employment opportunities, and my schooling at Mizzou. I graduated early from Mizzou's College of Education and Human Development with a bachelor's degree of Special Education in May 2023.
