Submittals of all Shop Drawings , Samples and Methods of Statement that the consultant requires, Submits WIR, MIR for all the approval of materials and works at site.Responsible on all evaluations and assigning of subcontractor based on their previously works, quality and deliveries.

Responsible for both Project and Factory Operations, concerning planning (materials, manpower) and commissioning of the project.Directly involved in meeting customer, consultant and engineers regarding progress of the project and any other issues involves within the project.Responsible on day to day project site visit, attending to all constraints that need instant decision making. Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs..Review the operation of the company to monitor production and quality, to anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
