• Manage contracts and lead project execution of engineering activities in order to maintain timeliness of delivery, monitor project costs and engage in quality control of deliverables per industry standards such as IEEE, ANSI. • Engage in engineering review of factory testing procedures and ensure that all testing items comply with the technical specifications, while also cooperating with the customer on special testing procedures as needed. Travel to substations and power plant construction sites as needed to lead on-site repairing jobs and provide real-time solutions. • Provide engineering support and management in components procurement. • Create technical and commercial proposals by coordinating manufacturing, subcontractors, etc. parties.

Worked with PRC compliances, collected and reviewed equipment calibration reports, trip test, and battery test reports from field testing. Assisted engineers in analysis and status reporting of electrical protection system data as needed. Assisted in retrieval, review and organization of single-line, connection and switch diagrams.
