My major duties include:1) Predictive analytics and reporting for various hospital committees, including readmissions, mortality, and palliative care. 2) Supervise team of analysts in support of providing data products for physician credentialing, patient relations, and quality management.3) Validate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality for reporting and alerts.4) Implement new HL7 interfaces into the quality management database. 5) Provide user support and manage securities. 6) Interact with the vendor for technical support and implementation of new projects. Notable project: I worked with the committee to reduce congestive heart failure (CHF) readmissions by providing reports and real-time data alerts.
