As the Director of Admissions, I serve as the chief recruitment and operations executive for the admissions department of the Florida and Louisiana campuses, and a member of the campuses' Executive Committees (EC). I am responsible for overall revenue generation, campus admissions budget, forecast, productivity conversions rates, as well as monitoring marketing inquiry source results and cost effectiveness. I work closely with all campus EC members to assure successful new student recruitment support and admissions operations, including implementation of business strategies for multi-recruitment channels.Key Job Elements: Responsible for conversions of inquiry to applicant; and applicant to new student, as well as for school's admissions forecast, budget and monitoring inquiry source results and cost effectiveness. Oversee hiring of all admissions staff, maintaining staffing plans, and oversee and assist in the training, development, motivation, and ongoing management of such staff including monthly, quarterly and annual reviews; new hire and veteran training; ongoing observations; employee engagement and retention. Responsible for local inquiry generation and database marketing and generate local marketing activities to support inquiry conversion. Ensure compliance with all company standards, ethical standards, and compliance with all federal, state and accreditation requirements.In my 1 year tenure, I have been able to retain 100% staff in times of tremendous turnover, as well as yield top-tier Employee Engagement Scores.
